These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CryptoStreet (the "Service"), operated by Webb Digital Ventures LLC ("CryptoStreet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CryptoStreet is a crypto market education service that provides market data, analytical tools, and educational content. The Service includes:

  • Market Heatmap and real-time price tracking
  • DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) Calculator
  • Fear & Greed Index
  • Risk Dashboard
  • BTC Log Regression analysis
  • DeFi TVL (Total Value Locked) tracker
  • Educational resources and blog content

3. Subscription Tiers

The Service is offered under the following subscription tiers:

3.1 Free, $0/month

  • Market Heatmap (top 50 coins)
  • DCA Calculator (basic)
  • Fear & Greed Index

3.2 Pro, $15/month or $129/year

  • Everything in Free
  • The full weekly issue every Monday
  • Every lesson and the archive
  • Pro tools: Risk Dashboard, Log Regression, DeFi TVL, Dominance

4. Payment and Billing

CryptoStreet Pro is $15 per month, billed monthly, or $129 per year, billed yearly and includes the weekly education issue. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing and customer service inquiries. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content or data from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to provide competing analytics services

7. Not Financial Advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on CryptoStreet constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any cryptocurrency or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design, are the exclusive property of CryptoStreet or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Data

The Service integrates data from third-party providers including CoinGecko, DeFi Llama, Alternative.me, and Blockchain.com. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Use of third-party data is subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoStreet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoStreet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
